A space for adults who had to take on too much responsibility too early. Together we'll explore how these early roles may show up today and practice new ways of relating, making room for your own needs, and letting others carry some of the responsibility.

Men's Process Group
What It's About
A place to explore relationships, emotions, identity, and the challenges of young adulthood with other men. You don't need a particular diagnosis or issue to join. The group is about better understanding yourself, your relationships, and what happens between us in the room.
What to Expect
This isn't a class or set curriculum. We'll use conversation and what develops between group members to explore patterns in relationships, practice being more direct and open, and build stronger connections with others.
